With the success of providing communication students the opportunity to showcase their talents and creativity and take part in the evangelization program, Radio Veritas 846 received the Most Outstanding Stakeholder award during the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa (PLMun) Stakeholder’s Summit 2018 on October 26 at the Ayala Alabang Country Club.

With the theme “Internationalization of Philippine Higher Education: The PLMun Perspective,” Radio Veritas was honored for providing PLMun’s communication students platform to enhance their skills in broadcasting through nationwide radio broadcast and global outreach through the internet by means of its youth-oriented program “Campus Hour” that airs every Saturday from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The youth-oriented weekly program features content solely produced by college students from various higher learning institutions from Metro Manila and nearby areas. Each participating school is given four consecutive episodes every season.

“We are truly grateful to Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa not only for giving this award but also for trusting our station in achieving their goal of creating globally competitive graduates who are trained in arts and science of communication,” Radio Veritas president Rev. Fr. Anton Pascual said.

Pascual also added that they will continue to strengthen their programs for youth in enhancing their skills in the world of communication in order to make them as good servant leaders.
